Players from the Northants baseball club, like many baseball clubs around the UK, went down to London this weekend to watch some of baseballs best players battle it out on UK soil.
Game one was taken by the Phillies after a Home run single by Bryce Harper who celebrated with a football style knee slide in front fo the dug out, which as then followed up by a grand slam by Whit Merryfield to secure the win.
Game two started slow but was nail biting in the last inning. Tied going into the bottom of the 9th, Phillies had the go-ahead run on third, with a swinging broken bat, Mets managed to get a double play at home and first to end the game taking the win.
The Northants players repped the club in their newly designed jerseys and club colours for another great London Series.
