Northampton, 28 June 2025 – Northampton Baseball Club proudly hosted a highly successful inter-club youth tournament on Saturday, 28th June at St Crispin Playing Fields. The event brought together young players from Essex, Cambridge, Birmingham, Oxford, and Northampton, competing across the Under-12 and Under-14 age categories.

With 55 children and young people taking part, the tournament showcased not only impressive talent but also the growing strength of the youth baseball community across the region. Players of all genders took to the field in a day that blended competition with camaraderie, development with fun.

Beyond the action on the diamond, the event served a bigger purpose, raising funds for new training and game equipment to support the continued development of the club’s youth programme. Thanks to the generosity of families, spectators, and local supporters, the club raised a significant contribution towards this goal.

Northampton Baseball Club would like to extend sincere thanks to all those who helped make the day a success, from coaches, team organisers, and umpires, to the parents and volunteers who kept things running smoothly both on and off the field. Special appreciation goes to those who helped set up, managed logistics, and kept everyone fuelled with refreshments throughout the day.
